This is a great tasting old style Ginger Beer. I also added the Booster for that extra kick. I like to feel the ginger on my lips so I know I'm drinking ginger beer. I also added an extra 500g of raw sugar to the 1kg of dextrose to increase the alcohol contact. It's a pale colour, tastes great but like a cider doesn't hold any head like a beer (which is what I am aiming for). Overall recommend it.
Add the booster for a strong kick!

I have made this twice, first time as is and it was really nice, second time with the ginger booster made by these guys also.

I strongly recommend the ginger booster addition if you like the ginger burn.

Best to ferment it dry and not add the sweetener, if you want it sweeter, just do it in the cup, because this ferments out amazingly crisp and dry.
