Finings are a gelatine based substance used to help clear beer and wine.

Dosage: No more than 7g per 23 litres of beer.

Method:

1. Pour into a heat-proof cup, cover with 125ml boiling water and stir until dissolved.
   
2. Pour into your beer and stir thoroughly a few days before it has finished fermenting and prior to bottling.
