An Amber for those who claim to not like Amber Ale.

This recipe is very close to the commercial recipe. Everyone I know who tried my brew and the commercial say this recipe is better. This brew is full flavoured, Beautiful hoppy taste. Not one of those Ambers you can have only one or two of. If you want the colour of the beer a little lighter just cut the grain to 100 or 125g.

This beer is full of flavour and incredibly close to the original but in my opinion actually even better with a slightly more hoppy taste and more intense flavour but remaining light and refreshing. My housemate and I drank the whole keg in week somehow. Highly recomended!

A great full bodied beer

A great full flavoured beer, very close to the commercial recipe, I have only done this one in bottles and was quite happy with end result , around %5.7 alcohol would like to give it a go in the keg. My mates all drunk it and loved it but they claim not to like home brew????
