I used this yeast to make three 15L batches. One Ginger Beer using ginger cordial and grated ginger, One apple cider and an apple and black current cider, both with Aldi juice. They all turned out great, fermented very dry and crisp.
The apple and black current one was left to ferment for about 2 months because I forgot about it, found it after a month when I was moving, added another kilo of sugar for the hell of it, then didn't have time to bottle it until I got settled in. It isn't the nicest cider, but it has a good kick, and with a touch of buck current cordial, it's really nice.
