Wow. Just wow!

Schofferhofer is my favourite beer, and this recipe is so close to matching it I have stopped buying the stuff (kept all my old 500ml Schoff bottles so it still feels authentic lol).

I sometimes swap out the "Brew Booster" for maltodextrine which drops the ABV to around 2.3% so I can drink more!
