Express is the fastest Turbo yeast in this range, fermenting out 6kg of sugar (or 7kg Dextrose) in less than 24 hours and producing very good quality distillate.

*** It is important that water start temperature is correct and only 6kg of sugar (or 7kg Dextrose) is used to get maximum speed.

*** Using Dextrose rather than plain sugar (Sucrose) will produce a wash with far less contaminants and thus a purer of alcohol
