Wal's Blonde Ale is an easy drinking, light coloured ale. Its clean, refreshing flavour and light finish make it perfect for quenching a hard earned thirst on a hot day.
Fresh hops added to the concentrate give an added hop "punch" to the Wal's Range of beers.
*** Note: Upon opening the can, you may see what looks like candied sugar or a green crust. Don't panic, it's just the fresh hops within the can that have come to the surface of the malt. They're supposed to be there! ***

This is one of my favs to brew in 60 ltr wort. I do pimp it up to a German Kolsch style with Vienna grains 3x 150g, Hersbruker (into wort dry) and Hallertua tea bags 3 of each, and 2x 1kg brew booster. Makes a perfect light Summer beer of about 4.2 ABV.

Second time posting a review for this beer. Obviously the mods dont like my opinion so ill try again.
This was brewed using 1kg of wals brew booster. Flavour was pretty much non existant. Some light malt notes with a little bitterness. Nothin inspired here. This is disappointing

After being very satisfied with wals stout, i thought I'd give the blonde kit a go. The beer is bright and crisp with a good head, but it lacks any bitterness making it too sweet and unbalanced. Could be ok done with a dry hop or hop tea maybe, but otherwise just stick to the stout. Will give the pale ale a shot next.

I made a batch from this years ago, when I first got into brewing, and it was the most successful batch I'd done! Kit is top quality, and the flavour and quality of the beer was fantastic! It even had people who didn't normally like beer saying they liked it.
