Xtract Bavarian Wheat produces a refreshing, cloudy, full-flavoured wheat beer with a creamy head in the style of a true hefeweizen.

The specialty yeast supplied with the Xtract Bavarian Wheat imparts the necessary mild banana and clove flavours that are typical of the style.

Fresh hops added to the concentrate give an added hop "punch" to the Xtract Range of beers.

Tips: This concentrate is supplied with Fermentis' WB06 Wheat yeast strain,

• Brew this one between 12°C to 25°C (optimal range is 18°C to 24°C)
• To achieve more clove flavours, brew below 22°C.
  
• To achieve more banana flavours, brew above 23°C

*** Note: Upon opening the can, you may see what looks like candied sugar or a green crust. Don't panic, it's just the fresh hops within the can that have come to the surface of the malt. They're supposed to be there! ***
